4. Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour refund policy on eligible services. Refunds may be denied if:

• The service has been abused or violated these Terms
• Excessive resource usage or malicious activity occurred
• The refund request is fraudulent or repetitive

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Azure Nodes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Host malware, phishing, or malicious content
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Abuse system resources or bypass imposed limitations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services

Additional Rules:

• Cracked Minecraft servers are allowed
• DDoS or stress testing is allowed only with prior permission from Azure Nodes
• VPN or proxy usage is permitted

Azure Nodes reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of this section.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

7. Data and Backups

You are solely responsible for your data, content, and server configurations. While we may provide backup systems, we do not guarantee data recovery in the event of loss, corruption, or system failure.

Azure Nodes is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse of the Services
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azure Nodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
