Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of services provided by Azure Nodes ("Azure Nodes", "we", "our", or "us") and its website, services, and related tools (collectively, the "Services").
By using azurenodes.xyz, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to engage in any activity that:
- Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Infringes upon the rights of others
- Distributes or hosts malware, viruses, or malicious software
- Hosts phishing pages, scam content, or fraudulent services
- Engages in hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access
- Attempts to bypass system limitations or security controls
- Interferes with or disrupts network stability or performance
- Uses the Services to conduct denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks without authorization
2. Network and Resource Abuse
Users must not:
- Consume excessive bandwidth, CPU, RAM, or disk resources in a manner that negatively impacts other users
- Run abusive scripts, bots, or automated processes without permission
- Perform cryptocurrency mining
- Operate stress-testing tools or network scanners without prior approval
Azure Nodes reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate services for resource abuse.
3. Content Restrictions
You may not host, transmit, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies
- Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
- Violates intellectual property rights (pirated software, copyrighted media)
- Contains explicit sexual content involving minors
4. Game Server Usage
For Minecraft and game servers:
- Cracked Minecraft servers are permitted
- DDoS or stress testing is permitted only with prior written permission from Azure Nodes
- Exploitative gameplay, bot abuse, or malicious plugins intended to harm others is prohibited
5. VPN and Proxy Usage
VPNs and proxy services are permitted; however, they must not be used to:
- Bypass law enforcement or legal restrictions
- Conduct abuse or malicious activity
- Evade service suspensions or bans
6. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent termination
- Data removal
- Reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law
Enforcement actions are taken at the sole discretion of Azure Nodes.
7. Reporting Abuse
If you believe a user is violating this AUP, you may report it by contacting:

8. Changes to This Policy
Azure Nodes reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
